I use a few 3rd party plugins for both Photoshop and Lightroom for image post production. I use OnOne Phototools 2 and Photoframe 4.   I mostly use actions I’ve created for photoshop to finish photos and do touch ups.  I do use a couple of the plugins (Twitch & Evolution) available for AfterEffects from VideoCopilot.net for post-production video work.
